These information will enable you to track your order and to keep your data in database for your future orders. We can process your order when you fill all the requiered fields.
I found a product in the Caffe-Mauro catalogue which I would like to purchase but I didn't find it in the eshop. Can I order it online?Only products which are displayed in our eshop can be ordered online. But if you are interested in one product, do not hesitate to write us here. We will do our best to try to make this product available in the eshop.
How can I find the product I am looking for?To find the article you are looking for is easy. You can use the search engine and type a word or a category.
When I check the availability of a product there is written "on demand". What does it mean?If you have this message "on demand", it means that we do not have this product on stock but that we can order it to the Caffe-Mauro Central Purchasing Agency. This can shift the delivery time by few days.
Can I ask you for a bill/invoice?Certainly. Once an order is performed we receive all the data we need to edit your invoice. Please write us here and ask for your invoice.

Returns and refunds
Feel free to purchase any product at Caffe-Mauro E-shop, receive it and try it out.
Our return policy allows you to return the product within two weeks from the date of its delivery to you.
Returning is easy:

Once we receive your package we will check the conditions of the goods. If the products are in perfect conditions, we will process the reimbursement (return of shipping cost excluded). If you have paid by credit card we will send money on your account. Otherwise you can send us your bank information in order to make a bank transfer to you.
